It amazed me, I could not imagine before that an earbuds can do this. Basically I bought it with expectations of good quality sound, but EH100 is much more better than I thought it would be. Mainly I listen jazz, blues, and classical where acoustic instruments dominate, and EH100 has so realistic, precise voice which astonished me.
Get a lot of bang for your buck very strong bass.
So initially I bought my first pair with the Earfun UA100 DAC and it just sounded amazing for this price, so I went and purchased a second pair. It definitely meets base audiophile standards, the highs are decently crisp and bright, the midrange is articulate and solid, the base is punchy and not muffled at all. You do have the option of changing the nozzles and adjusting to your hearing tastes.
I have the recently announced 1More PentaDriver that costs twice as much - the resolution is a tad bit better compared to the Earfun EH100, but overall the I consider the Earfun to be more FUN!
I received the earfun EH100 with the DAC and it just sounds incredible clear, deep bass also at very high volumes !! I advice all hifi and audio freaks to throw money at this one!
So EarFun has turned five and they decide to reach in their bag of tricks and add some wires and balanced armatures. These sound so good I hear some things in songs that I hadn’t heard before. Clear clean and fun. Good bass extension and excellent clarity on the higher spectrum. Priced right and sound even better.
